about

Shaloshe's main office, situated in Addis Ababa, plays a pivotal role in bolstering networks of female entrepreneurs by coordinating through rural operations managers stationed strategically in hub cities. These hub cities serve as central points for the distribution of products to Rural Sales Promoters (RSPs) who are situated in villages where female entrepreneurs are based. Each hub city is equipped with a warehouse to efficiently manage the inventory and logistics of product distribution. The RSPs, positioned within the villages, serve as vital intermediaries, working closely with female entrepreneurs to support their growth and development as successful businesswomen. Their role involves not only facilitating the distribution of Shaloshe products but also providing mentorship, guidance, and training to empower female entrepreneurs in building sustainable businesses within their communities. Through this decentralized network and collaborative approach, Shaloshe endeavors to create meaningful opportunities for women in rural areas, fostering economic empowerment and driving positive social change.
